Just saw Rufus Wainwright live! It was the first time seeing him with a live band, which was a nice experience. Now I am not a huge Rufus fan, but I respect where he is at; one of the few 'out' artists.
The greatest thing about it I went with Dawntreader, whom I met at a Rufus concert! |

it was very good.
Rufus is a funny guy. Herman, the song about Jeff Buckley was MEMPHIS SKYLINE (it's on WANT TWO). what a nice anniversary for us huh! oh and Gangstafam: thanks! the same about you 
when i hopped on my bike to go home, Rufus was standing outside the venue and i shook his hand to thank him. he has very soft hands and he was very friendly. yes SIR! | |

At the encores the entire band stripped and got into ful YMCA drag, after which they dressed up in Wicked Witch Of The West capes and did strange dance routines. It kinda freaked me out. |
