this american idol finalist is one of the best, most original and versitile singers/performers i've seen on the show. she is fierce! i want her to win!
but sadly, she's in the bottom 3 again this week. if she gets voted off, i bet some label will pick her up good-n-plenty fast.

I was an American Idol fanatic the past two seasons, but I don't watch it now because the public has shown that they have no taste. I stopped watching a few weeks ago.

That's ok. Kelly is in the Top 2 of the Billboard Hot 100 and that's the only American Idol I'm ever going to follow.

I love her voice and she's proven to be a good songwriter. Shame the album hasn't done all that well.

That's a great red X. The Kelly album is a good pop album. I'm seeing her live in April - apparently the show is superb. And she covers Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This) and Express Yourself, too.

I'm so happy to see a pop song actually get some chart points based on airplay. I doubt she'll make it to #1 (Fitty is at #3 and rising fast with his latest turd), but it's still nice to see something other than idiotic gangsta rap.

It isn't a perfect album, but it is a very good first effort. I think its main fault is that there are too many "follow your dreams and you can make it, too!" type songs. One or two is a good thing...more than that gets old. But it is a well-produced album and she's got a nice voice. I'm too lazy to look it up at the moment, but I do believe she wrote a track on Kelly Clarkson's first album. I know for sure she wrote the first single from Fantasia's - I Believe.
