All I know is it was taken by Markus Klinko & Indrani, who recently did a shoot from L'Oreal. I think they're also responsible for Mariah's album cover, so it looks like they're recycling themselves, but I wouldn't be surprised if they cut and pasted her face onto that model's body, and just digitally altered the positioning of the arm and leg slightly.

Interesting. Don't get me wrong, I think Mariah's in good shape even though a lot of people like to say she's too heavy. But that body is obviously either not her or heavily altered. She's not skinny like that.

Let's just say that going from A to B would require about 10 minutes of good photoshopping and another 5 to airbrush.

Okay, now it all makes sense. Those photographers also did the work on Beyonce's Dangerously in Love album, which includes this picture:

It seems they're just not very imaginative. That image, coincidentally, always reminds me of something from Donna's Once Upon a Time... album.

Or it could be the respective artists looking through the photographers' portfolio and all pointing to the same picture saying "I want to look like that."

Mariah's picture was taken by David LaChapelle the day after the I't;s Like that video, it's obviously a style they are going for,

Looks like the same picture to me. Perhaps Mariah struck a different pose, and the did some "alterations"..but it's the same picture. Even the damn ruffles are the same. lol

Uncanny resembelance indeed, and it's been said before but I must admit it, Mariah looks like a dolled up Ashanti with large breast. I'll pass on this one.

She didnt copy anything. The same photographer took those pics. Most photographers have a portfolio of their stuff. This was part of his portfolio. He used that model as an example for where he wanted to take Mariah, or any of his other clients. They liked it for her, so she did it.

Anyway, she def killes that model in her cover IMHO!

Wrong. David LaChappelle did the "shoot" (digital touch ups?) for Mariah. Markus Klinko & Indrani did the L'Oreal shoot. It's the SAME shot with a few instances of photoshop to turn it into Mariah - open your eyes, Harle! lol The head's even at the same angle - they just digitally pasted her face on there. If there was a REAL photoshoot, we'll be seeing more shots from it. If we don't, then we'll know.

Wow, right down to the last ruffle and hair toss. I knew that wasn't Mariah's body on the cover.

the girl in the other pic is s lot thinner than mariah in hers, also both those pics are highly altered digitally i think u could have used anyone and made them look that good, it's just part of the look anyway MC has great legs naturally, don't think the pic is that far of a strech apart from the colours and thinning of the thighs, but they she's a sister.

Exactly. Hell, I wish I could get someone to take a pic of me and doctor it up really heavily like that. lol She's all "pearlized". lol

Hey now, whateva floats the boat, puddin'!

All I know is she def did this shoot justice,,rip-off or no rip-off. And if there's anybody to blame for this saga then they're the photographers shrug
