Re-post: Rod Temperton! Paisleypark4 was just talking about "Boogie Nights", and I dug up one'o my older posts: I was thinkin' about Rod Temperton:

I love Temperton. He made some great records, and songs like Razzamatazz were a lot of fun. He really had a great ear for arrangements (both vocally and musically) that had a "hit" sound. Yeah, a lot of his stuff has the same sound, but it's a good one that I don't tire of. | |
