What is that expression of Stevie Wonder's face on the Songs In The Key Of Life album cover?

I've been looking at this album cover far too long and I get scared every time I see that drawing of Stevie. To me, he looks like he just got out of a fight. What does this expression look to you?

I don't know, maybe it's like a blackhole or an cyclone eye... All I know is that Songs In The Key Of Life is the best double LP of all times... cool
