The tune of the day for me is Jody Watley's, "Still A Thrill". What a great song to dance to. Does anyone remembe that video that starts out in Black and white but the last 10 seconds of it is in color?

Anyway, I love the instrumentation of that song. You can't help but to move. Anyone out there feeling me on this?

She teased us singing an acapella of this song at Escape Ultra Lounge here in Downtown Minneapolis.

And I love Jody Watley. This is probably my favorite song of hers. Very Prince-like.

I read that this song was originally intended for Grace Jones. That would have been HOT, especially with the same production. Prince should have worked with Grace. She was sexier than all of his proteges combined.

OMG yes I do! I remember that song from back in the day. I was either in 2nd or 3rd grade and I really liked that song a lot. I liked Jody Watley period. She made some really great funky dance songs like Real Love and Still Looking For a New Love. Does she have a Greatest Hits set out? I'll buy that fo sho!

Jody is just as beautiful in person too. She was very sincere and took time out for her fans. She signed 2 of my cds as well One when she was on stage and the 2nd after the show.
