I was just spinning "LA BELLA MAFIA" and Kim has to be one of the most exciting POP stars out there, and her flow on this album are tight much better than "NOTORIOUS K.I.M"

Lil’ Kim Loves The Power of Plastic

Since her debut unto the rap scene back in 1996 under the wings of Biggie Smalls, Lil’ Kim has progressively changed her image like a chameleon changes colors. Kim’s expanding bust line, lightening and whitening of the skin and nose alterations have caused rumors in the industry about her possible obsession with plastic surgery and garnered her comparisons to Michael Jackson.

Kim, whom has stated that she wants to be the black Pamela Anderson, usually keeps quite about her surgeries but in a recent interview she revealed that she began getting plastic surgery after years of physical abuse from boyfriends caused her features to become misshapen. 'I've had the black eye, bloody lips, busted nose. I came out of the hospital from getting my nose done and he broke my nose again,” she said.

Lil' Kim never mentioned any names in regards to the abuse and she does not regret her decision. When she first told P. Diddy about her breast implants, she says he "cursed her out" but when everything was said and done, P. Diddy was the first to say, "you look good."
