Hmmm, interesting. This really makes me wonder where Prince would be musically right now if he had full access to Sly and Sly was in good shape mentally, physically, etc to want to perform again. Interesting connection with Larry and Sly too. I saw that special they did on Hendrix and Sly too, it was really good. To see Larry back in the day with them all was good too. Brotha's been awhile for a long time doin his thang no doubt. IF Sly ever does decide to come out again it will be live, and if he and Prince hook up in this lifetime? Wow. I'm there, for either the CD or concert.

Yeah I feel y'all it is very interesting as far as what was the hook that Jesse had that got Sly out of his cave.....I'll try 2 look in2 that. I always in conversations about Sly, get 2 the Jesse factor...Makes U wonder as well how Prince's music would B with a "re-Fresh" Sly by his side~

In 1997,I saw Larry Graham perform at the Sinbad Soul Music Festival.He dedicated the song "One In A Million" to Sly's parents,who were sitting in the audience.

I'd go crazy if there was a Sly and the Family Stone reunion.This should coincide with the release of a box set.(Wishful thinking,I know;)
