Yeah that was a catty remark, and I regret it. I shouldn't have put my musical taste above somebody else's. Yes I do love Pop, Zoo TV, etc... ABeautifulOne has popped into every single U2 conversation to post stupid shit about "V8"; it was just easiest to go after the artist in his avatar. BTW... I think U2 is better than Zep   1st U2 DOES rock! I totally agree with u. SO musch awesome shit...I am diggin the new album almost as much as Achtung Baby...their last classic album (altho I liked the others in the 90s and 00s too). I can understand not liking their music...but you gotta respect their talent. No band sticks around as long as them who don't have musical chops. so the public sale is about to start, I'm logged in ready to go. 2 minutes before 10am the fucking site kicks me out. "Our ticketing system is very busy at this time, please try again later".
Then I finally get through @ 10:06 & there are NO tickets available. ANYWHERE. I feel so fucking robbed. This shit is crazy. But I bet there's shit on EBay right now. from what i understand there will only be presales for the next american leg and not any of the rollover dates. kinda sucky, i know. just a heads up regarding ebay...there are so many tickets up there right now and the show is so far away...wait it out. this is going to be another case of the madonnas. scalpers got screwed with her tickets because the market was saturated with tickets. i got decent seats for 50 bucks each (at the venue night of show) for one of her chicago stops. and did you check out craigslist.com yet? or u2.com? some people are actually selling at cost to those who didn't get tickets. oh, and check interference.com. good luck! | |
