Usher's "Caught Up"

Who produced this track? Who produced the new Jennifer Lopez track?

Does this song remind anyone else of Joe Budden's 'Pump It Up'? Maybe it uses the same sample or something.

A shout out to Joe Budden! thumbs up!

I LOVE "Caught Up!" I didn't think about the Budden influence though, but who knows.... Anyway, I hear a bit of "Set It Off" in this cut. Not sure it's actually sampled, but I could imagine it. dancing jig
