"It was all a dream, I used 2 read Word Up magazine, Salt N Peppa and Heavy D up in the limosuine, hanging pictures on my wall, every Saturday, Rap attack, Mr.Magic, Marley Maul."

Biggie - Juicy

This is the most memorable opening line to any rap song I can think of. Biggie's delivery was just so commanding and he forced you 2 pay attention 2 him. The song came out at a time (if U were in NY) when rap music needed a facelift.

its "Marley Marl" not Maul lol.... the cats name is Marlon man smile

Back to get wreck
All respect to those who break their neck to keep their hoes in check
- Tupac "I Get Around"

I hear Brenda's got a baby
But, Brenda's barely got a brain
A damn shame
Tha girl can hardly spell her name
- Tupac "Brenda's Got A Baby"

Now let me welcome everybody to the wild, wild west
A state that's untouchable like Elliot Ness
The track hits ya eardrum, like a slug to ya chest
Pack a vest for your Jimmy in the city of sex

- Tupac and Dr. Dre "California Love"
