This isn't really a compliment. All Kylie's saying is, "yeah, I've had downturns in my career, too." Obviously, Kylie should not be counted out. Britney can, at least with respect to her "music".

Again, not really a compliment, more of an obvious statement. Britney gets people to take notice by slurping on Madonna at the VMA's and by being a trash tabloid queen. Haven't seen Kylie do that yet.
