Leon Ware

anybody else a Leon Ware fan? besides his solo albums, and penning Marvin Gaye's classic album, "I Want You", Ware has written for numerous artists. Some of my favorite Leon Ware compositions:

I Wanna Be Where You Are ( for Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye)
I Want You ( for Marvin Gaye)
After The Dance ( for Marvin Gaye)
Body Heat (for Quincy Jones, Rufus)
If I Ever Lose This Heaven ( for Quincy Jones, AWB)
Rolling Down A Mountainside (for Main Ingredient)
Inside My Love ( for Minnie Riperton)
Come Live With Me Angel( for Marvin Gaye)
I Know It's You ( for Donny Hathaway)
All The Way Around (for Marvin Gaye)
Fantasy Is Reality (with G. Clinton and B. Worrell)
Forever Mine ( for Jeffrey Osborne)
It's Too Late To Change The Time(for the Jackson 5)
Since I Had You (Marvin Gaye)
My Dear Mr Gaye (with Teena Marie)

I just bought musical massage, and it's not bad. What I really need is the deluxe version of Marvin's "I Want You neutral But universal can suck it for 30 bucks for a 30 year old album mad I picked up the super freak's 2cd "Street Songs" for $6.99!

Yeah, the Deluxe "I Want You" set is great, just like the deluxe versions of "Let's Get It On", and "What's Going On" but they can be pretty expensive....

I think Marvin co-wrote it with Ed Townsend...

Paligap,I recently bought Leon's 'Musical Massage' CD based on your recommendation. It's an okay album, but like you said, his songs sound better when they're recorded by other artists.
