Is this a good album? I love her first single, and she looks like a sweetie. I might just buy her album just to give money to a gentle-looking soul.

But I'd rather buy it because it's a good album.

Yes, it really is pretty good. Very innovative, and definately not what you'd expect. I'd say theres only one track that I dont like, and its not that bad, I just dont like the "nigga what" stuff. She cant pull the self hate thing off. Shes touring Europe, and will be in the states next week starting w/ an appearnace on The Craig Kilborne (sp) Show. Its a good investment.

I saw Res last year at charity benefit LA. She was great and her album is definatly worth buying.

I've had her album for MONTHS and still haven't listened to it all the way through. But one thing's for sure; it doesn't sound like everything else going on in music.

i had this cd since sometime last year...glad people are finally catching up.....some of the tracks on the cd are filler(basic hip/hop r&B) but the rest is pretty good and she has a rock cut on there to.
