The vertically-challenged PURPLE RAIN star has shoes specially made for him with in-built heels to give him added height, according to belly-dancer and actress Mayte. She reveals, "His were Cuban heels and were always made in Italy to match his suits. I didn't get to meet the guy that would make his clothes - they would just be shipped in.
