Best Use of a Sample

There are a lot of songs both old and new that rely poorly on a sampled hook to make for a good song, but what are some of your favorites that you think use the sample well? Some of my favorites:

Nothin' But a G Thang - Dr Dre and Snoop (Leon Haywood - I Wanna Do Something Freaky To Ya)
No Diggity - Blackstreet (Bill Withers - Grandma's Hands)
No More Drama - Mary J Blige (Young and the Restless theme)
Cold Rock a Party (Remix) - MC Lyte (Upside Down - Diana Ross - probably the only Ross song that Puffy raped where I actually liked the end result)
Touch It - Monifah (White Horse - Laid Back)
You Bring Me Joy - Mary J Blige (Barry White - It's Ecstacy When You're Next to Me)

More will come later, I'm sure, but those are off the top of my head.

I heard that when they produced this, at first they weren't going to have the breakbeat during the verses... I think it has a hypnotic effect. Mind control through endless loops! nuts Love it though (see?)

I love all the Kim Basinger "ugh"'s that Prince used in about 5,000 songs in the 90's. He got a lot of mileage out of that one.

I prefer the samples so masked that they aren't cleared, but after hearing the album a few times, you figure them out.

I only like them when they are done in short, multiple "snips" (more like mixing). When they become the complete background music for the song, that turns me off.

Actually I liked this one, because they used a percussive break for the verse. The sample is "Are You My Woman? (Tell Me So)" by The Chi-Lites.

Great song (the Chi-Lites tune), and it made for a good song by Bouncy.
