Stevie Wonder's 1971 Classic Album "Where I'm Coming From"

Circa-1971

This shit got to be one of Steveland's most underrated album. I'm supriced Motown didn't remaster it!

This is Stevie at his melancholiest sad music

He was a month away of becoming 21 when he made that album shocked

I don't know what Stevie been through when he made that album, but there's a deep pain & sadness in there.

Definitely the overlooked Gem of the stevie canon. nod. I even love the supposedly "lesser songs" on this like think of me as your soldier, I wanna talk to you, take up a course in happiness. It's Stevie at his most raw, idiosyncratic and experimental. And Sunshine In Their Eyes is as good as anything the Beatles ever did as far as I'm concerned (crucify me all you like).

I wish it was available. mad I believe it was his first album with complete artistic control....As it wasnt remastered with the string of albums that followed , it tends to be overlooked....

Cool! I've never heard of this album!
But I have heard some of the songs. They're on his greatest hits Vol 2.
