Remember she has had a very gruelling fitness routine for almost 20 years now... she didn't start til after the Virgin tour.

eats nothing but microbiotic food and drinks plenty of water. she doens't need as much done to her as say Cher or Joan rivers.

Even though I would not take it past her to have a lil' touch up. Image has been importnat to her, but these pics all look natural to me.

To me the only thing she ever touched up was her hair. I mean, the way she kept the gap between her teeth is rather sweet, methinks.

THe only surgery i've known madonna to do is have her lips injected so they were big and fluffy for the Justify my Love video. Other than that, it's clearly seen she's had nothing done. The nose job thing is bullshit

She's had:

01) Collagen in her lips and upper-mouth area (though not recently);
02) Botox - she'll happily admit to this;
03) Caps on her teeth.

These would all be classed by the medical profession as non-surgical procedures.

What isn't widely known however is that she's had her back molars removed. She always used to have quite a wide jaw-line (like Jennifer Aniston) but the removal of her upper and lower back teeth thinned her face out. It's the only (cosmetic) surgical procedure she's had. Marlene Dietrich also removed her back teeth to change her face-shape.
