This new act called Chromeo must really miss the 80's ...because that's what their musc sounds like. It's a mix of Synth-Pop/Dance/Funk that sounds like it came straight out the clubs in 1985. Hell, if it came out then it probably would've been a hit. They have got to be the official 80's Synth-Pop revivalists. They're these two guys who mess around on the 1's and 2's, and just make these bumpin' beats. There's even some tracks that remind me of.....well, nevermind. Just check them out. I was watching the video yesterday for "Needy Girl". It's pretty funny. Their little jam session gets interrupted by a cell phone call from one of the members girlfriends. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

Well, I WAS going to say Prince, but then the thread would've gotten out of hand. But those references aren't too far off either. NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.
