I remember when I listened to the Welcome to the pleasuredome album for the 1st time... I was amazed.. What a great album it was for me!!

I wasn't into lyrics at all at that time, but the music got me!! When I hear Relax now, I know it is about love between 2 men, but hey, did i know??

After this album i bought all their 12 inches, coz they were great to!!

I even like their 2nd (and last) album Liverpool....

Too bad it was short, but it was powerfull!!

What do you think?

I heard their album... seemed to be alot of self-referencing and reprising "Relax" on it..
I guess I didn't "get it".

Their song Relax was Ok and wasn't my favorite. In the 80's, I gladly sported my Frankie Says Relax Shirt like it was no thing b/c it was kinda fashionable. This group has some hot tracks.

I like FGTH's Welcome to the Pleasure Dome. Mostly because of Trevor Horn. I am an admirer of Trevor's work. FGTH as an overall "group", not feelin'it. Not because of the sexuality thing. Without Trevor's vision and skills it just does't hold up musically, for me.

I also remember getting a bit sad at 29, realising that my twenties were almost over, but when I turned 30 I already didn't give a shit about it anymore, hehehe!

Although if I had to do it all over again I would have done some things differently, I can honestly say that I got a lot out of my twenties. I partied really hard and just when things threatened to turn the wrong way for me, I unexpectedly got a child. That really balanced me out and I feel very comfortable now at 32, much more secure than in my twenties. Pleasant side effect: I am also enjoying much more succes with the ladies nowadays, I am really enjoying myself!

Now back to FGTH...
