remember...The First Song U Ever memorized / Last Song First
Besides me having to be taught.. "Jingle Bell Rock" in 1st grade (that was forced).. The first song I have ever learned on my own was strangely..... "Baby Be Mine" - Michael Jackson I was on the bus in the 4th grade (1991)..and all of a sudden I started singing it silently while all the kids were screaming and talking... Share yours!!! Last song memorized: "Hands On U" - Jon B Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Now, that's a very hard question. Like Betty Wright said "I'm gonna give yall a little while longer because I know some of you gotta think back further than others". Andy is a four letter word.

I remember the first lyrics I memorised, vividly...
It was 'Kings Of The Wild Frontier' by Adam & The Ants. I really can't remember the last lyrics which I bothered to learn. I tend to "dooby-dooby-doo" over the bits I don't know, these days.

Me and my mates used to bring our boombox out to the stoop and start dancing away to the remix on the cassette (and dance to my older bro's guy cassette amonst others) . The brave and dumb things u do as a kid. I had my hammer pants on too I imagine. Our nieghbourhood was cool though. Now I live in England, they don't even have stoops. Though that sorta thing would never happen over here anyway.

Minus songs that were memorized for school assemblies, and plays.... "Proud Mary." Then it's not like I consciously memorized it, though. You know how you hear a song over and over and over.... It just gets ingrained.
Last song? Don't know. | |
