Well, then you caught a different Hynde reaction to it than I did, because her not minding is the furthest reaction she had.

aside from the money. in fact, she probably doesn't get much for it. songs used as bumper music don't line songwriters'/performers' pockets. in fact, when they ask for money for use of songs for that reason, the show usually changes the song.

I don't know whether he still uses or even how long he used it, but believe me, there WAS money in it for her, the songwriter.
