But then again, I was convinced by his role as Peter Parker.  He's got those sleepy eyes, but other than that, can't you agree that they look pretty similar? And if he did take the role, it'd give him a chance to stretch out as an actor. But perhaps he's too famous at this point to make it convincing. I'd partly like to see him get the role cuz it would draw attention to the film that otherwise wouldn't be there. I am willing to go with your points. But then maybe JD would explode, like you previously said you would not like... Spidie is fun, but not really acting, is it? And the only films in which I really dug his acting, now I come tot hink of it, were The Ice Storm and WOnder Boys. Really HATED The Cider House Rules. What a bull movie. But I am willing to admit that that might not have been Toby's fault because of the horrid script (BAD john Irving! Bad! Bad!) and if the director would have had made up his mind about what kind of movie it wanted to be. | |
