Recommend me some quality hip-hop. Recently, I've been experimenting with quality hip-hop, old-school and new. So far, I'm diggin Ice-T's The Iceberg/Freedom Of Speech... Just Watch What You Say, Outkast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, and the fly Grandmaster Flash cut The Message. What else can you recommend?

Glad you asked this question.
Quality hip-hop presently: MOS DEF- THE NEW DANGER this album is MOSt DEFinitely the truth. The tightest hip hop album i've seen this year although it probably won't get that much buzz from it (as usual with quality artists who deserve the recognition). I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I just brought Outkast's Stankonia and it sounds freakin' brilliant. I think their recent Speakerboxxx/TLB, suffers from the filler. I really like Andre's TLB disc better. Outkast's Stankonia is a must-buy and it's probably one of the most important hip-hop/r&b albums to ever come out in the 2000's. Check me out and add me on:
