I'm a big fan and miss them alot. Saw them play a few times in NY with N'dea and stood by them when Siedah took over. Shelter eventually became a favorite. I wonder what they're up to? Is N'dea ever gonna have a sophomore release?

Last year, they released a Japan only album entitled "We Won't Stop" that was led by N'Dea Davenport on some tracks and Sy Smith on others.

They have a new LP coming next week. I'm not sure if it's an import only release though.

I'm partial to N'dea's vocals as I almost got to do a gig with her and Lalomie Washburn as the background vocalists. N'dea couldn't do the gig and the next thing I heard from her was as the vocalist for the Brand New Heavies.

carleen anderson was fronting them for a short while (around their greatest hits CD - i guess 2 or 3 years ago?) saw them in a small gig, which was great.

apart from being a stunning vocalist, carleen brought with her the song "apparently nothin'" which she'd previously sung with the Young Disciples.

love they played a great gig together. sigh

dunno who's fronting them now...
