You know what CD I really really liked initially but since had dropped out of rotation, probably for good, is that new Beastie Boys.
I was the one that was defending it like hell on the forum but now I'm like, "shit is weak". They usually have a few jazzy cuts where they get all instrumental on ya ass, or some interesting musical samples. There was initial novelty of some of the vocal samples used but that's about it. Plus, their political commentary doesn't make for a very fun album (and I expect alot of *fun* from them).

Bjork's new CD. It isn't shitty, I'm just having a lot of trouble getting into it.

I'm gonna get static for this, but PJ Harvey's "Uh Huh Her" and Franz Ferdinand's album. Both left me absolutely, completely cold. I might give FF's album another try later in the year cuz so many people whose opinions I respect seem to love this album, but the few times I listened to it, nothin' happened for me. Meanwhile, as much as I love her, I consider everything PJ Harvey did after "To Bring You My Love" to be a lost cause...maybe one day I'll "rediscover" her latter day work, but that day ain't today.

The new Cure cd.
I have to go to track 7 before I hit a song that is close to being listenable.
