They are all basically clones of each other...very similar in the looks department: light complexion, long hair that is either naturally long or store bought. Beyonce hair(weave) is getting lighter and lighter because she is trying to compete with Britney, Christina A and JLo. Because of the success that Bee is having, all the R & B chicks are trying to compete with Beyonce in order to attempt to achieve her success, so now they all are dying there hair blonde: Monica, Mya, Brandy, Christina Milian, this new chick named Ciara, even Lil' Kim. Fancy that, black women thinking that they have to have blonde hair in order to be successful.

I don't/didn't expect Beyonce to have everything J.Lo down to the tee but when Crazy I Love came out you could tell that some of the moves and fashions were from Jennifers past videos. Anyway now maybe the dress that Alicia wore is a bit Beyonceish but Alicia still has her own "something" that definitely distinguishes her from Beyonce and everyone else.
