Sigh....This Woman's Work and Whenever, Wherever, Whatever...

Two of my favourite Maxwell songs. TWW makes me want to cry.

Have heard the unplugged WWW but not the unplugged TWW. That's my task for this week methinks.

And yeah, where is he? I'm beginning to pine. sad

Any info? Anyone?

and extinguishes the small.

The unplugged version was definitely better than the studio version...

nod YES! most definitely!!! You gotta hear this one if you haven't!

And btw, I recently heard that Maxwell presented some new stuff to his record label but they gave him the thumbs down on it and sent him back into the studio.

Maxwell. We have an expression for artists like him in Holland; One Day Flies.

You know, them artists that make ONE good album, then drown in their own fodder, the D'Angelo's, the Erykah Badu's.
Them folk should FIRM up and keep the promise their first albums made...

I love it, I never even heard of Kate Bush until Maxwell came out praising her. What era did Kate Bush come out in (60's, 70's etc.)?

I think Maxwell's version kicks ASS. I read an interview where Kate said that she cried when she heard Maxwell's version because of how powerful it is.
