Erma Franklin did the original and definitive version of Piece Of My Heart in 1967.
(Before Janis Joplin's in '68 and Faith Hill's in '93)

Jackie Wilson (Lonely Teardrops)***
Gene Chandler (his version of Cowboys To Girls would have been nice)
Barbara Acklin (Love Makes A Woman)***
Tyrone Davis (Turn Back The Hands Of Time)***
Lionel Hampton (Turn Back The Hands Of Time) eek
The Chi-Lites (Have You Seen Her & Oh Girl)***
Major Lance (before Monkey Time on Okeh)

Nice import set.

Chi-Lites, Bohannon and Willie Henderson material on that label is 1970s-era.
