Lots of the songs are the same but with variations. It's probably worth your time to get it, if you don't like it you can always sell it. The Clash has a pretty loyal following . The Liberdeens are pretty good too

I've had this album on vinyl for 15 years now and I still don't see what the fuss is about. I like Lost in the Supermarket and the title track, but stuff like Brand New Cadillac and Train in Vein... that's just corny imho. And the playing is too sloppy for my taste too (and I dig the new York Dolls and early Stooges so...)

The UK version is, the US version is more an early singles compilation with some album tracks thrown in.
