But don't you know your Kylie history? She did the Locomotion as a one-off, and it got a single release in '87 in Australia, which is the Neighbours home base. It was so unexpectedly successful they rerecorded and remixed it for single release in Europe, then rereleased it in Australia. So she cut an album with SAW, and the rest is history.
