I loved the song as well. Shit, the whole "Velvet Rope" showcased JJ's dark side(To the fullest, without shallowness or fluff like her new album). 97 was her RICHEST periof eva IMHO, she must've gone through the rock bottom when she made that album. Lyricaly, its full of hurt(aside from or even beneath the raunchy sex theme). I wish I know what she went through during the 1997 period. | |

She's laying low for a minute. The DVD "From janet. to Damita Jo" is coming out this fall (which you can now pre-order on amazon.com) and a new video from Damita Jo should be out around that time as well. As far as a re-release of Damita Jo, officially, no. But rumormill sources are still saying November. | |
