Rant about Festivals like Ozzfest, Warped Tour Granted, I didn't go and probably would never go to a Warped Tour event.. but I have attended Ozzfest.
I know it's cool to see so many bands at once.. but whats not cool is that if one of those bands is your very favoriite, chances are you'll only get to see them play for 30 minutes, tops. I just think it would be cool to have less bands with more stage time.. rather than a zillion bands that play for fifteen minutes. I only wanted to see Ozzfest for Lacuna Coil and Superjoint Riitual this year.. but LC was playing for 30 minutes at 10 in the morning. Not quite worth the killer expensive tickets. I think I'm just spoiled by Prince's lack of opening acts, LOL! /rant "Down by the riverbank in the old bayou.. I'm digging a grave into mud just for you."

I wanted to go to the Crossroads Blues Festival in Dallas. But I live nowhere near Texas. It was for 3 days and featured Eric Clapton,BB King, James Taylor, John Mayer, Santana,Steve Vai, and some more good people. That was back in June though.  | |
