Do U Guys Remember The Early 80's Funk/RnB Group "HIGH FASHION"

That is the group that Melisa Morgan & Alyson Williams came from.

Here're 2 songs I just found:

Feeling Lucky Lately:

I Wanna Be Your Everything:

Both written by Kashif.

I remember having their 1st record in my basement.

Do u guys know anything about 'em? DavidEye, Finess, Audience,,,,,everybody?

I have Feeling Lucky Lately on a compilation CD, and I love that song. Can't say that I know other songs of their songs.

I also have "Feeling Lucky Lately" on a compilation. I remember the song from back in the day but had forgotten about it until I bought the compilation.

This group sounds very familiar to me. What are some of their other tracks. Did they have a song that goes....."I love you more...more than you know. Gonna let it show....I love you more".

Nope. That's I Love You More by René & Angela. Angela Winbush is a great songwriter/producer. Her solo stuff is good, but the stuff she did with Rene was better and more funky.

I've been wondering who sang that song so I can buy it. I saw the greatest hits compilation in the store. I hope that track is on there.

I agree, Angela Winbush was much better when she was with Rene & Angela. I remember "Save Your Love (For #1)" and "Imaginary Playmates". The only solo work I care for of Angela as a solo artist is "Run To Me".

That song is on her greatest hits, as is the equally as funky I'll Be Good.
