Surreal Life on VH1

Did anyone watch it? I hate reality shows but there was something about this one that worked 4 me.

Vanilla Ice getting emotional was funny az shit. It's just funny that the best thing in his life was also the worst thing. I'm like damn man, get over it already. It made you fucking rich (the song ice ice baby) so stop bitching. wacky hmmm

Babewatch girl was so fucking plastic when the show first started..but turned into a real person @ the end. Damn, I would love 2 do her..

The real world drunk chic needs some help, fuck that excuse about her only being 23 years old. See what U need girl is Jesus, LOL.

Ron Jeremy said it was the longest time (12 days) he went w/o having sex...LOL

Holla back!

VH1 is actually showing a new season of the Surreal Life now. Two episodes aired yesterday. Vince Neil, Hammer, Emmanuel Lewis ( Webster ), Gabrielle ? from " Beverly Hills 90210 ", Corey Feldman and some ex Playmate and Jerri from " Survivor " are starring in it.

Actually, this just maybe a rehash of the first season. If that's the case, hit me with ya best shot, I never watched it the first time around fishslap punching punch fishslap brick boxing chair. Let's enjoy the mindless summer viewings wink lol .

I didnt watch the first season because of the lineup. But I watched the second season. I loved the lineup! I mean Vanilla Ice, Ron Jeremy, Tammy, and Erik!! I knew it would be cool! This new lineup doesnt seem that exciting though. I can only remember one person in the new season, and thats Jordan Knight. So that doesnt say too much...

Yeah the new batch of people staring in November is crazy!

Jordan Knight (who's making sure you know he's not doing it out of desperation...it's honest to goodness to promote his new album. rolleyes )
Flava Flav
Charo(!)
Brigitte Nielsen
Dave Coulier (he oughtta know)
Ryan Starr (lame-o from 1st season of American Idol)

Season 2 was really good, and loved every damn moment of Tammy Faye!

1st season - sucked

2nd season - quite amazing, the cast was incredible.

3rd season - should be alright. Dave Coulier and Flava Flav should be entertaining...

1. I LOVED the Surreal Life this year. I watched for Vanilla Ice. Because let's face it, in 1990 at all the college parties (especially the alpha ones) they rocked Ice Ice Baby and Vanilla Ice was cool as hell. I knew all the words to his song. (I still like that song!)

Anyway Ice is still hot. He's more down to earth now and it was fun to watch him on Surreal Life. My favorite episodes were when he sang Ice Ice Baby at the Karaoke bar, when he picked up Gary Coleman and dared him to say "whatchu talkin' bout Willis" to Todd Bridges, and when he walked off the Sally Jesse Raphael set.

I also like Tammy Faye. She was amazing and almost made me cry in one episode. Trishelle, Ron Jeremy, Erik Estrada and Traci were also fun to watch. They really clicked as a family and I'm embarrased to say the good-bye episode made me cry (esp. when Ice said Estrada was like his big brother. ahhhh)

Luckily I caught a marathon on VH1 the other day and had a great time watching all the episodes.

2.By the way the marathon with Emmanuel Lewis, Corey Feldman, M.C. Hammer, et al. ran yesterday and reviewed the FIRST SEASON. That's not the new one, as someone stated. I'd couldn't really watch this whole season, because the cast was not that enjoyable.

3. This new season looks like it could be good (but not as good and the Vanilla Ice season). Do I really want to see Flava Flav? Only if he's on medication and calms the fu*k down. There's no one hear with lots of charisma. Brigette Nielson should be fun to watch but that's about it. I'll give it a try.

Oh, my bad. I guess I do want to see Jordan Knight. It will be interesting to see the person he became after fame left him.

My favorite episode was when Rick James visited the house and saw where Vanilla Ice had spray painted all over his own picture cause he hated it. Rick made a point of telling Vanilla Ice that he would never out run his image (flat top, baggies, wackness, etc.) and Vanilla Ice had been getting piseed off because thats not how he wants to be seen...but Rick just kept saying it." yeah, thats you, dog." "thats how people are always gonna remember you". I swear I saw Rick smurking, like he knew mr. vanilla was getting pissed! He may as well have said "but you cant kick my ass, though." Long story short, Rick James is one funny, instigating mo-fo. stickpoke

Yeah, what made the whole thing even more (unintentionally) funny, was that the comment was coming from an equally as desperate has-been. I like Rick James, and his music was amazing...but come on! He was making and appearance on The Surreal Life!
