True. But that woman is VERY tame compared to many other Americans.

That's true. Check out the liberal protesters that will be at the Republican National Convention. You'll definitely see some moronic madness then.

I think it's great to have some nice wholesome protesting going on.

Someone needs to take a stand against all the filth going on in contemporary pop culture.

Anxiety

Look, I think people should protest Sesame Street on Ice if it pisses them off enough. I agree with John Waters when he said the audiences of Dogville should have protested loudly in front of theaters playing The Alamo, just because it would be an interesting clash. Just because you don't agree with what someone's protesting doesn't mean they shouldn't be doing it. And in the case of this wingnut lady at the Madonna concert or the Bible thumpers who always show up at Marilyn Manson shows, well - there's no such thing as bad publicity, really, is there? wink

I see these types of religious maniacs at many shows that I go to,including some Prince shows in the past. What do you guys think of these people? Some fans get annoyed and attempt to argue with these idiots, but they don't bug me at all. They provide a few laughs while you're standing in line...lol...

Any type of relgious fanatic makes me sick. People like this are a joke and they do nothing to improve society with all their silly religious mumbo-jumbo! I wouldn't waste by breath trying to talk to these type of people. All they think about is God, so what's the use. Also, there are many women around the world with the name Madonna. I work with one. How dare anyone tell her that there is only one when this is her given name.

Personally, I think anyone who discusses their religion to any group of people, who may follow different principles and beliefs from theirs, should be labeled "religious maniacs" or "Jesus freaks" as I like to call them. Please note that I have not mentioned any specific names in this post.  (Disclaimer). I believe that whatever religion a person believes in should only be discussed between that person, people who follow that same practice, and his or her God, just to decrease the amount of anger and confusion that it bestows upon the brains and lifestyles of others. I don't see the point in religion myself, as I believe the majority of it is man-made and superficial, so these people don't bother me, unless they follow me down the street, preaching to me; in which case, violence may erupt. My body, my soul, my damn business; but thanks for caring. I find some of these religious nuts to be quite comical actually. Plain and simple, if one of them walks up to you and tells you that you're going to hell, just look at them and say, "Okay, I'll see you there", or just look over at a friend and tell them to bury you with some ice cubes, a couple bottles of Icy-Hot, a mini-fan, and a shitload of batteries. Works everytime. wink
