Keep in mind that the "publisher", iUniverse, is the modern version of a vanity press - you pay them money and they'll publish your book. It's a handy way to be able to say, "look, I'm a published author!" | |

Prince had the whole concept figured out beforehand. The group's leader would be names Vagina, her backing group would be the Hookers and the ensuing controversy would shoot the new act straight to the top. Leveler minds prevailed however and Denise went public wit the more innocuous name Vanity. Prince added two girls from his camp as sidekicks (one white and one black of course) and he dubbed the trio Vanity 6, allegedly in reference to their "titty count. Vagina and the Hookers...hmmm alrighty then!

I have the book and I have gotten to the Revolution section of his career. It isn't the best book, but it is still a pretty fun read. And a little more positive so far than Possessed. I got a email saying my copy of THE VAULT was sent out friday before last, so I assume I'll be recieving mine very soon.  1980-Present
