Great interview. But Prince better copyright that line. It'd be a great title for a play.
"I Love You So Much I'm Going To Slap Somebody" starring Morris Day and Mo'Nique. lol

starring rick james!

I think Somebody has the play already written in his head. Why are the peeps having a problem with political remarks Prince says? Thought this was a free country. Better look at that picture of bin laden again...its digitally enhanced, an anyways, how do you know that's the bad man's voice? Could be the voice of an uk citizen. Think...think...think. Prince can say what he wants, and you better duck if he starts slappin' cool

Well technicallly, if Prince is a JW, then he should follow the JW dogma, if it can be termed as such, and separate himself from politics altogether. Anybody know what JW philosophy I'm referring to?

Prince believes the gov.t is telling lies about Bin Laden? I'd like to know what he thinks the lies are. Has he forgotten about the WTC? Has he forgotten about the tape that showed Bin Laden taking responsibility for the acts of terrorism and remarking how they hadn't anticipated the towers falling, but were delighted by the extra damage? I love Prince's music and have followed him for decades...but this comment by him disturbes me. I wish he would have elaborated on it more. As such a devout JW, shouldn't he be bothered by murder?

I think he means that the government is trying to link Saddam to bin Laden/911 tragedy. Don't know exactly what was said, but Prince doesn't strike me as someone who doesn't have an opinion about politics or doesn't read the papers...

Just because he made a statement about current affairs doesn't mean he's involved in politics. The dude's not running for office lol . He's aware of what's going on in the world, as we all should be.
