It's beautiful. It looks exactly like the cover of Around the World in a Day, except in real life. Filthy cute and baby U know it

It is a very creative, serene, and beautiful place. It's easy to see how such great music has come from there. The interior is painted very colorful, they did a good job with that.
The only downside I noticed, at the 2 Celebrations I went to (2000 & 2002), is the smell of incense... which must burn through there at all times, I guess. Not a big fan of incense, smells funny. Lovesexy Funkateer

At the ONA concerts in Manchester 2002 you could always tell when Prince was coming on stage because they lit fresh incense sticks. I thought that was kinda cool. if you've gotta pay for things that you've done wrong I've gotta big bill coming at the end of the day- Gil Scott Heron

The decorations are very tacky and VERY gaudy but at the same I guess they are Prince. I liked it better before the paint job of 1996.
Also, who has that big of portraits of themselves painted on the wall? It reminds me of a SNL skit I saw with Chris Kataan where the dude worshiped himself. The music rooms are studios themselves are very cool though.

I tried to go in 91, but they were very secrative at the time.
We found it in the phone book, and the person who answered wouldn't even tell us where it was so we could see it from the outside. I hear now it's right across the street from a Target or some strip mall. Not so secret. Check this song out at:

I heard this crazy rumor once that Paisley Park had bedrooms in it. Each had a name that was written above the entrance...
The Electra Room, The Vanity Room, The Basinger Room and so forth. Sounds like some bull, funny though. Blue
