Miller Brewing is getting flack for it's ommission of black artists in their 50th Anniversary of Rock comemoritive can series. Which poses the question, would Prince be deseving of this umm ..?honor?. How would you feel if Prince was put on a beer can celebrating his work?

Wow how racist, and i feel at least one black artist should have been included like Hendrix, James Brown, Michael Jackson and of course Prince. Like, how the hell could they put Blondie on can but not one of them.

It's just a fucking beer can of some pissy liquid that shouldn't even be allowed to be called beer...
And maybe those black artists were actually smart and didn't want to be associated with that crap...

If I were black I would be proud that there were no black artists on a beer can. Beer is overated! It tastes like fizzy piss, it makes me sick the next day, and I don't really enjoy the "high" of being drunk.

no no no! There's enough Black exploitation going on in the music world! I really don't need to see a picture of Prince or any other black artist, for that matter, on the back of a Miller can!

I'm sure they asked some black artists, possibly even Prince, but were turned down. It did say that they got the artists permission before they did it and there were some who refused.

I'd like to see Prince on a Budweiser can. My trash can would be full of them on Friday and Saturday nights.
