Rediscovering the Good Old Days

On the way home from work tonight, I popped the Batman CD in... Its been maybe 5 years since I played that CD.... I forgot how great Batdance was (especially the guitar).

This week I've also been digging Rave after a couple of years on the shelves....

This has been an interesting week in music for me.... It's just like I have new music, but didnt spend a dime.

I thought this was what filesharing applications were for.

I think, as his current output is lowering in overall quality over the years (News, Xpectation, Slaughter House, Choc Invasion) you learn to apprieciate even the average albums of his earlier work.

Rave Looks like a masterpiece compared to most of the NPGMC tracks.

That goes without saying....Almost EVERYTHING before PR qualified..I'm especially fond of the For You, even if it doesn't get mentioned very much.

I weep over what must be my musical ignorance. I've never liked the Batman soundtrack and I absolutely HATE (yes, with CAPS, even) Rave!
