The Flesh

Can anybody tell me if the complete Flesh sessions from December 1985 are out there somewhere? I don't understand why Sabotage or Thunderball still haven't released these. I just know I would love 'em to death...
This is not music, this is a trip
No, it's not a drug, it's something more hip
Don't need no reefer, don't need cocaine
Purple music does the same to my brain

Yes I can tell you and the answer is Yes they are somewhere - In Mr Purple Pantses Vault - all we have outside the vault is mentioned below....

Only one track is circulating and that is "U Gotta Shake Something" and HAS already been heavily bootlegged by the companies. It is about a 14 minute long live jam.

justhemusic: The Flesh is the predecessor of Madhouse, mostly instrumental jazz-funk jams (core players of The Flesh: Eric, Levi, Sheila, Prince).

FunkyStrange: I have 'U Gotta Shake Something', that's exactly why I wanna hear more! wink Thanks for responding man.
