The planning permission originally granted was for it to operate as a restaurant (which, it has been speculated, might account for the line in 'Mellow'). . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

Someone asked about that building during the Paisley Park tour yesterday. One of the Paisley staffers said it underwent construction until 1996 or 1997, then construction abruptly stopped and it's been sitting unfinished and unused ever since. Plans are to develop it into a retail store/restaurant/coffeeshop over the next few months. | |
