I'm not sure what the total is but I know I've spent more money on Prince this year then I ever have IN MY LIFE!

Oooh. I'd rather not think about it either.
I cringe about the fact that I have to spend $5 to $6 on a magazine just to read one article (Bass Player, Guitar Player). Literally one article because I don't play bass or guitar. But I gotta have it!!!!

...and that's all i've spent. If you spent that much for a poster I sure as hell hope you invest in a great frame to protect it. Damn. I have spent: $76.50 for one concert ticket for next Wednesday $19.98 for two copies of Musicology retail. So a grand total of $96.50. I bet in the late nineties I spent a thousand a year or more so I guess I'm officially over my obsession. I just remembered I bought the Rolling Stone magazine for another $4.00 but I was boarding a plane and I would have bought a magazine regardless so I'm not sure if it counts. . Yep, it's been a pretty penny for me too. NPGMC membership and some purchases from the NPG store, The Filmore shows, the simulcast, the store bought CD, extra blank video tapes, magazines that have Prince on the cover, and tickets for the 9/9 and 9/10 shows. Luckily, my boyfriend is also a Prince fan, so we're going 50/50 on most stuff. After adding in the tour merchandise, I don't even want to guess what the total will be.
That's why my week long vacation will only consist of a day trip, most likely to the Napa Vineyards for some wine tasting. Make that LOT'S of wine tasting.

Apparantly a better question is how much have you spent that you didn't have on Prince this year?
I mean how much have you charged and you are going to be stuck paying back with 20 percent interest for the next 15 years?
