How did "Somebody's Somebody" do on the charts?

How did "Somebody's Somebody" do on the r&b singles chart back in 1997? I remember BET showing the video A LOT and I do remember it on radio a lot..how did it do on the charts?

I'm not sure but I don't think it charted. Wasn't it sort of a B-Side to "The Holy River"?

It peaked at #15 on Billboard's r&b/urban radio airplay chart. It didn't chart as a single because,at the time, Billboard only included commericial singles on their official chart.

It's criminal that the song didn't chart or do well. That was an excellent song. One of the best songs he did in the 90's.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

so true..its impossible these days to know what song the public likes because you cant go out and buy most singles so the charts are mainly made up of radio airplay so actually the singles chart isnt whats most popular its what the top 40 radio programmers like..a shame
Check it out ...Shiny Toy Guns R gonna blowup VERY soon and bring melody back to music..you heard it here 1st! http://www.myspacecomment...theone.mp3
