If anyone needs yet another version of the Musicology LP, this next one comes with a twist: a genuine Longbox. It's only available at Sam's Club as far as I know, but it has the Musicology artwork on it's entire surface (6" x 12" x .315" 2-sided). P's mug is on the front, track listing on the back. Background is the infamous "twigs & bricks".

I didn't purchase it as I have enough copies of it, and I'm not that much of a completist, so I don't know if the CD comes in a Jewel Case or the custom cardboard.

Anyway, they're killin' trees at Sam's if anyone needs their Prince music wrapped '80's style.

i've seen the longbox version floating around for order on the net...i'd love it if it were one of those digipack jobbies like deee-lite's second album, which was a long box that folded into a CD case. that was pretty freakin' cool.
