Ahhh, the AHdio shows...


I remember them well... in fact, I'm in the process of listening to them again in the order that the NPGMC released them.

I wish he's start these up again... I liked them. It was something to look forward to every month.

My fave used to be number 8.

I'm listening to No.5 right now...

Let me ponder the new listenings to these old downloads...

I'm not new to Prince, but new to both the Sites. So what are these?

I love the ahdio downloads,I am so happy I have the complete set.I think some day they will come back!It must be alot of work making each one.Peace out!

A couple of years ago Prince was creating (or allowing downloads to be created for him) these "Radio Program-type" Ahdio shows... they had a "dj" etc... but they played songs only approved by the Purple One.

Initially, they were kinda goofy, but towards the end it was a smooth production! They played tunes by Chaka and Ani DiFranco, it was pretty cool.

They were being offered for download from the NPGMC, and were free to members. They lasted anywhere from 40 or so minutes to slightly over an hour...

I look forward to their return someday...
