Musicology: The seller ripped me off!!! Just a warning, never buy Musicology from an amazon seller named RoyalMedia.
I got sent Musicology in a thin jewel case--an obvious bootleg. I paid $12.48, money I could have spent directly on Prince. But instead this guy is copying shit and making money. The business letter he sent in the package was full of typos and very unprofessional. Im gonna email this moron and try to settle this dispute. Im demanding a full refund. If I dont get it Im submitting a claim against him to Amazon AND Im notifying NPGMC. Actually, Ill notify NPGMC either way. 
Oh, and quick review: I have to listen to it some more because at first listen I thought it sucked and was a lot like New Power Soul. Two songs may grow on me however: The Marrying Kind and What Do U Want Me To Do? But overall, nothing special. I *think* I like TRC better. (Cinnamon Girl sux! Holy crap it sounds like Damned If Eye Do! Ill write my DEFINITIVE review after some more listens, this is by no means final.) That's all folks. There r 2 version of the CD one which is from sony and the one
handed out on the concerts is not from sony its directly manufatured by npg. The sony version contains the video too |

I think this was neither. It was a jewel case, very thin...and he put some adhesive strip that said RoyalMedia over the edge that was a pain in the ass to get off. Hey thats an unfair review....NPS had virtually no guitar in it. And even though I prefer TRC, I think Musicology is a great album and it WILL grow on you.
