Call My Name not on Vh1 adds for next week

what in the world are they waiting for to get this video out? airplay has increased on top 40 chr/rhyth & its flying up the Urban ac chart...

Has there even been a debut date for this video? I missed the Access Hollywood interview where they showed a snippet of the video, but from what I gather they didn't say when it would start airing.
It's frustrating, because you read that Musicology is still selling well, even without the concert CDs, the tour is selling out and getting great reviews, but on the singles and video front it's like, "Hello, anybody home"?
