I'd appreciate a little help here, all i'm getting is that white blobby message that i can't be arsed to sit and watch, do take into account i'm an idiot, so i'd appreciate an 'idiots guide'.

Easy, just press escape (and then close the flashplayer box)
Then just open up whatever CD player you have on your PC and play it.

Or disable 'autorun' before you put the disc in.
